What services are included in my weekly pool cleaning?

Our weekly pool cleaning service includes chemicals (chlorine and acid), brushing and skimming, water chemistry balancing, vacuuming as needed, equipment monitoring, and detailed service reports emailed after each visit. Filter cleanings are performed as needed, with additional charges applying for D.E. or quad filters.

How often is my pool serviced?

Pools are serviced weekly. (Based off a 4 week month) In some months, depending on the calendar and service day, you may receive a 5th cleaning at no additional charge. This helps us accommodate holidays or emergencies without disrupting billing.

How does billing work?

Billing is done monthly for four weekly cleanings and is processed through QuickBooks. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and payment is due within 15 days. 

​

 

What happens if my payment is late?

Payments received after the due date are subject to a flat $25 late fee. If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the month, services will be paused until payment is received. 

​

 

What if my service starts mid-month?

If your service begins in the middle of the month, you will receive a prorated invoice for that initial period. 

​

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cash, and checks. AutoPay is available through QuickBooks invoices for added convenience. 

​

 

Can I set up AutoPay?

Yes. AutoPay can be set up directly through your QuickBooks invoice. If you need assistance, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. 

​

 

Do you offer additional chemical treatments?

Yes. We offer additional chemical services such as phosphate removal, enzyme treatments, and stain treatments for an extra cost. 

​

 

What if my pool is leaking?

If your pool is leaking, please notify us as soon as possible. Added water can dilute chemicals, and we will work with you to get the issue addressed quickly. 

​

 

How will I know what was done during my service?

After each visit, you will receive a detailed service report via email outlining the work performed and chemical readings.
